What you need when you Apply:

If you work full time:
1. A picture I.D.
2. The printable application filled out entirely
3. A pay stub to verify your income
4. A Landlord verification form signed
5. Satisfactory Credit – there is a $19.00 charge to pull your credit report.

If you are a full time student:
1. A School ID – showing that you are currently registered
2. The printable application filled out entirely
3. Verification of Landlord form signed by the applicant
4. A parent or family member to fill out the co-signer form , and the cosigner's credit report– there is an additional $9.00 charge for this report.
5. The student and parent must have good credit

If you are an I-20 Student:
The same as above for a full time student; plus a copy of the I-20 paper work and payment of one-month’s rent as a security deposit, if you do not have a parent to co-sign for you in this country.

The apartment will be taken off the market when the application, credit report fee, and first month’s rent are submitted to our office. The paper work is processed within two days, and the signed lease with any additional funds (i.e. LMR, Sec Dep, Key) that are required should be submitted as soon as possible (Generally within 2 weeks). Note: if there are multiple applications we will accept the strongest application.

Note: If you are using a Broker, the above credit report fees do not apply to you. The broker provides the credit reports and verifies the Landlord references. Brokers please note the Landlords should fill out the Landlord reference and sign it – not you!
